We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay, and from the first moment of walking into the dealership we were greeted with a friendly and welcoming tone from Troy, and we were given the no nonsense straight up approach that we hadn't received elsewhere. We were given their best offer from the sales manager that beat the other offers we had recieved from hours of haggling and research online. We honestly didn't expect to buy a vehicle the day we went in to explore West Coast Kia, but we are very happy we did. We were not pressured to buy at any time, and we felt like valued clients that West Coast Kia truly wanted to help. We are very picky and particular, and like to be very well informed, so I hope that us giving a great review will help entice others to travel out to Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows to see what they can do for you. Both times we got the car we wanted with the features we wanted and at a great price. Elias helped us out both times and did a great job. Elias went through all of the features in both cars we purchased and helped us sync our phones before we left. The service staff are great and the shuttle service is very convenient. I am very impressed with the service packages that came with our cars and we will keep coming back. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are buying a new Kia. I have only had positive experiences with the West Coast Auto Group and was referred here from West Coast Toyota. More

Good start...typical finish Had to update my review after I finished my dealings with this dealership. Unfortunately, it appears I was "sales" again by a dealership. Great effort Had to update my review after I finished my dealings with this dealership. Unfortunately, it appears I was "sales" again by a dealership. Great effort to get you to buy a car, but once you leave the lot, cracks in their post sales service appeared right away. I had to return to the dealership to receive the outstanding parts to my newly purchased vehicle (they didn't have them in stock when I purchased the car), and this was a 40km+ trip. Unfortunately, despite assuring me they would compensate me for having to come all the way out there again for the piece, they did not, and I was told I would have to install the part myself. In the end, the sales person did help me install the part at least. I also wanted to buy a mat for the car after that, and when I asked them for the price (their best, of course, considering I would have to drive out again), they quoted me a price and implied it was their discounted price for me. However, double checking with the local KIA dealer to me, they quoted me the "discounted" price as the regular price of the item...without even asking for a deal. Anyway, not the worst car shopping experience in the world, but I will simply be going to the local dealer now for any service issues. More
