Huh? My vehicle was assessed by the Used Car Manager, but you needed "management" to do an official appraisal? You're not making any sense... which seems to be a common theme around there!

TGW, To clarify for your understanding, your statement "Day one... test drove the vehicle, gave the sales person details on my vehicle, age, make, trim level, etc... including what I owed" means that initially a manager never looked at your vehicle. From that point a Sales Consultant is not qualified to give an official trade number without an official appraisal but will estimate the value. When your vehicle was properly assessed the numbers, to our dealerships understanding were then not satisfactory for you. The vehicles are evaluated on many factors that go beyond just year, make, model, trim and kilometers, we have to take condition and mechanical aspects into consideration for our reconditioning/resale costs. Your vehicle once assessed resulted in an offer that you wished not to accept. If you would like a breakdown as to why your vehicle was priced where it was you can call your Sales Consultant at 204-661-5337 and they can gladly explain this to you. We hope that clarifies. Forget it. Never again. Will take my business elsewhere, where I will get fair value on my trade. FYI... I see the car I looked at is still for sale... I laugh when I see that, AND... it is very much "over valued" by you guys according to Auto-Trader... still laughing!
