They got me into the Jeep I wanted while the whole time treating me like a member of their family. Ed, my car guy's product knowledge allowed me to effectively compare and contrast the various features of the Jeep models I was interested in. Ron Krahn not only went out of his way to present me with a variety of good options but also took the time to get to know me and my family. Finally, having the opportunity to work with Alanna to sign the paper work was not only like reacquainting with an old friend but also fast (she must have been able to tell I was excited to get behind the wheel of my new Cherokee!). Many thanks to Steve Dennis and his whole team at Waverley Jeep. I would strongly recommend others to head down to the friendly environment at Waverley Jeep to browse, purchase or even just enjoy a Denver sandwich at the Viper Café. Thanks again Steve! More

I brought my father to share in the experience with me. We were given Yadi as a salesman. Yadi was awful, he directed all of his comments to my father and although I was buying the vehicle, I had little say on the car. Briefly, his comments towards me were patronizing and borderline rude; however, I tried not to think too much about it. I liked the 2014 Jeep Compass and decided to put a $500 HOLD on the car while I was waiting for my financing options. That evening, my father and I discussed Yadi's behavior and we were both put off by his tone with me. I decided not to take the car, and wanted to look around for a better experience. As a paying customer, this is my right. I called into the dealership the next day and told them I was walking away because I was not interested in the car. Yadi was very upset. He started getting extremely angry and his behavior was not something I wanted to deal with. He called me a few times at work and on my cell. I called into the main office, and asked for a sales manager. I was re-directed towards Roderick, the TEAM LEAD on sales, but not the sales manager. Roderick PRETENDED to be the sales manager and began terrifying me that if I walked away I already owned the car and this is forbidden under some made up law. I looked it all up, since, well, we can do that in 2015, and this was not the case. I also asked for my $500 deposit back and that was a fight. They refused to give me back my money or let me walk away. I emailed the GM who took my difficulties lightly and promised me a better customer service experience. I did not get that today when I walked into the dealership and was not greeted by a single salesman or person on the floor. I talked to Alanna, head of finance, and she did sympathize with my experience and clarified my rights with the vehicle. She was fair and transparent, unlike the others who bullied and pushed me into the car (which I have not bought). I am still dealing with this place as I have not received my money or a phone call from the GM. I am sharing my experience here so that other young, professional hardworking men or women do not have to deal with pre-conceived notions, sexism and unfair practices from any dealership. My first car buying experience was awful. It is solely because of this dealership. Please avoid going here. More
I have always been a car buff. When the new challengers were released I drove to this dealership to look, they were always one of my favourites growing up. I was in my expensive sports car. The sales peopl were released I drove to this dealership to look, they were always one of my favourites growing up. I was in my expensive sports car. The sales people watched me pull up and I was dressed well as it was after work. The car was in the show room with all doors locked. When I asked the sales person to open the door so I can sit inside, he refused stating that young people scratch the interiors and he did not want to take the chance with me. I do not expect people to bow in my presence, but given the circumstance I wold have thought he would have respected me enough to know I would not damage the vehicle. I called the Sales Manager to complain and he blew me off.... At any rate, I have not set foot on this car lot since. More
