From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was greeted by a friendly sales guy named Duke. He took the time to listen to my needs, concerns, and financial goals for purchasing a new vehicle and took into account my lifestyle. I am a very particular person and Duke worked tirelessly to find me the right vehicle. When we finally found it, instead of pushing the sale he recommended that I come back in a couple days when a Chrysler rep would be in town to finalize the deal and save me even more money. When it came down to making a deal, the very first offer was a fair one with respect to heavy discounts on the new vehicle and top dollar for my trade in. On the second offer I got the absolute lowest price possible. I have bought several new vehicles in the past and being a particular person I had already crunched the numbers prior to going to the dealership so I was able to recognize a good and fair deal. I was fully peppered to walk away should I not reach my goals. Needless to say this didn't happen and I got an awesome deal on my new vehicle with a hassle free experience. At no time did I ever feel pressured or pushed or offered things I didn't want. Over the entire buying experience Duke was outstanding. He quickly addressed all of my concerns and promptly found the answers to my questions ASAP. When given a short timeline for the delivery of the vehicle the entire Waverly dodge team pulled out all the stops to ensure my vehicle was ready on time and the detailing was done to perfection. When I walked in the paperwork was in order and ready for me to sign with no surprises. Overall the entire buying experience at Waverly dodge was pleasant, painless and effortless. Jason vega and Ron Krahn both went above and beyond what I've ever seen any sales person do in both my previous sales expierience as well as previous purchases at other dealers in the city. They not only got my mother a vehicle she loves and were able to do so without taking her out of her intended spending limit. After that they presented a viable option for me to upgrade my vehicle which I had not intended on doing but to this day am happy I did it.
