Booked an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, new windshield and wiper blades on the Waterloo website. Took a vacation day as I knew they would need the truck for the full day for the windshield inst windshield and wiper blades on the Waterloo website. When I arrived I was informed that the glass guy was off this week and that they hadn't even ordered the windshield. I was obviously annoyed that the dealership was not prepared for my service visit. I was informed by the service adviser that the website does not work that well. This further annoyed me. Why offer the on-line booking option if it does not work? Furthermore the website said that a service advisor would contact me if there were any problems with my service request. No one from Waterloo contacted me, so I assumed that there were no issues with my service request. I have now burned a vacation day unnecessarily. Shame on Waterloo. Fix your on-line booking issues or do away with it all together. More
