The service provider Marnie was excellent very helpful and helped me a lot. She was knowledgeable and professional and accommodating. However Ford as a corporation needs immense amounts of work . Having recalled a part that is in the 2014 2015 and 2015 however only recalling 2009-2013 is negligence . This part can cause your vehicle to shift from 6th gear to 1st while driving 110. Imagine .. and wierd the part is back order for at least a year so far .. so if the lead body goes you have an expensive death trap of a paper weight. There are thousands and thousands of people with defunct trucks or trying to buy a knock of to keep their vehicle from killling someone. Ford corporation figures rather than recalling it would be less expensive to deal with lawsuits .. this is negligence plain and simple . You can’t admit an issue recall it but put it in other vehicles and not recall it ! Look it up it’s not some conspiracy . Just imagine driving 110 km and all of a sudden on a snowy road your back tires lock up as your transmission changes from 6-1 . What do you think happens to you and your kids….. More
