A premier dealership that can be trusted. I can't even begin to express the quality and professionalism of this dealership. From the very start back in September 2022 when I inquired about or I can't even begin to express the quality and professionalism of this dealership. From the very start back in September 2022 when I inquired about ordering a V60 Polestar, my sales representative Bosco was extremely helpful and responsive. I had previously inquired at 5 other dealerships (even outside Ontario) about an order and had never been called back or dismissed as it was very difficult to obtain the car. Bosco and the team at Volvo Unionville however, answered all my questions and provided me with a timeline in which they would confirm a possible order. Communication was great and in the end - they were able to secure an allocation for me and I take delivery of my new car today! The buying process was smooth and Volvo Unionville was extremely fast preparing the vehicle for delivery once it arrived and ensuring it was perfect. Overall, one the best buying experiences I have had. Thank you very much Bosco and Volvo Unionville for helping me secure this rare and wonderful machine. I received new xc60 and bought extended warranty with David Wang on July 27 then wanted to cancel next day. David Wang told me that there is NO WAY to cancel since I had financing and only he can do is g David Wang on July 27 then wanted to cancel next day. David Wang told me that there is NO WAY to cancel since I had financing and only he can do is giving 3 years of maintenance package for free even we told him 30 days cancellation rule on the agreement. He said Only option to cancel is paying credit card or cash, however This warrenty was able to be cancelled and get fully refund even finance. Also he was very impolite and crossed the line. He lied to avoid cancel extended warrenty and kept saying he never said that it was not able to cancel. How customer can trust Volvo? Financing manager lied to customer and tried to sell products without knowledge. Worst experience ever. Don't buy any warrenty with him you will regret! More
