The sales manager,Carson Zhang is such a friendly guy, and he really made me feel at ease when he introduced me to all the features of the new car. He always answers very quickly and in a helpful way, whi and he really made me feel at ease when he introduced me to all the features of the new car. He had to take a leave due to urgent things, but he made sure everything was ready for me to come and get the new car. That way, I could get my new car on time, just like we had planned. The assistant manager, Bosco Ku, was also really enthusiastic. He was in touch with me by email and WeChat while Carson was away, making sure I could pay for the new car and get it on time. He also made sure that everything was ready for the new car to be delivered. The financial manager, David Wang is super helpful too, explaining all the extra services and what they cover. He made everything so clear and easy to understand, and I felt totally satisfied with the extra services I bought. I can't speak highly enough of the delivery specialist, Claire Ran. She is so patient and friendly, and showed me all the accessories and how to use all the different features of the car. She even showed me how to download the Volvo app on my phone, which was really helpful. I was able to register my new car on a Volvo account without any trouble. And when I had a few issues with the car in the next few days, she always answered quickly and helped me out. I can't thank her enough for the amazing service. I'm so happy to say that the Volvo Markham team are absolutely amazing. They are so professional and friendly, and I can't recommend them enough. More
