The sales team is great! The management team is great! I cannot say the same for the Parts and Service team. Surely people working in this department are a nice bunch of peo The management team is great! I cannot say the same for the Parts and Service team. Surely people working in this department are a nice bunch of people but, each time I have taken my vehicle for a simple oil change, I have been charged a different amount. Which makes absolutely no sense to me. Are the oil prices or your labour costs fluctuating? I have owned my Volvo for 4 years now and in 4 years I have not once used any other place for service. I really lost my faith in Volvo Unionville recently when I wanted to change the brake pads and rotors. To begin with, I was not given a quotation for the service I requested, I had to ask over a multiple phone calls. A friend of mine then told me to visit parts.volvocars.ca to find out the cost of parts so that I could at least know the ballpark for my repairs. To my surprise, the parts that were quoted to me directly from the parts department of Volvo Unionville were higher by $566.81 compared to the same parts that I could order via the website for a pick up from the exact location. This whole thing has left such a bad taste for me to even think again before bringing my car back to the dealership for any further TLC. If this genuine feedback is reaching any of the concerned parties from the dealership, I would be happy to discuss it further. I am not looking for any compensation, I just want someone to help me restore my faith in Volvo Unionville. More
