Because of the atmosphere and excitement generated by Mike and Paul, we became interested in what was being offered. We did not reach an agreement then; however on our return the following morning Mike found an elegant solution and the rest, as they say, is history. I was told I could take delivery on Monday and I was very pleased to pick it up as promised. When I took delivery of the Jeep, Ryan went out of his way to explain all the features I was unfamiliar with. Mio took time to explain precisely all the additional options with regard to financing, insurance, upholstery protection, rust-proofing et al. I admit I threw a couple of curve xxxxx to the folks at Unique however Mike Carobelli, Rick Paletta, Cam Comparone and Dan Donnelly all worked very diligently to get me into my new Jeep and at the best price possible. I called the dealership to get a price on a Jeep that they had in stock that I was looking at buying for my daughter, the sales person was very polite and asked if I would hold while she got a correct pr they had in stock that I was looking at buying for my daughter, the sales person was very polite and asked if I would hold while she got a correct price from the sales manager, so she comes back with a price of $38,000.00 plus freight, air tax and sales tax and if I come in on Friday or Saturday they can do an even better deal because Absolute is going to be on location. I book an appointment make the drive from Brampton with my daughter,take a test drive,agree that we like the vehicle and would like to perches it if the numbers make sense. The sales person retrieves the paperwork and numbers from the sales manager and says lets see what kind of a price they will do for you, well she comes back with a price of $51,110.00 with tax when the original price I was quoted over the phone was $44,968.00 with the tax and I was supposedly getting a better price if I came in today. the sales person gets the sales manager and he starts jotting numbers down that did not jive and would insult anyone's intelligents, and when I questioned his math he became argumentative, Anyway it got to the point where I had to get up and leave. Very disappointing and a huge wast of time. The sales person did call and say sorry but I will never return or recommend that dealership. More
