After test-driving several and working with several salespeople I decided to settle for one that was silver but I budget. Then, by accident, I pulled off the highway and saw Unique Chrysler. I knew they had received good reviews with DealerRater.ca but I had not intended to stray that far from home when the journey started. They had just one Charger on the lot but it was exactly the colour I was hoping for and it was in excellent condition. Off the top, I was made to feel very welcome. They were in the middle of a "By invite" sales promo and so were busy. As a result, the young lady who greeted me sent me to see Dan Donnelly. Dan was a great individual - friendly, polite, and easy-going; I explained that I was interested in the car they had but had a strict (wife imposed) budget limit. Unlike a few other dealerships I had dealt with earlier that morning, he immediately sat down and began working out numbers. Without wasting time, he made a few checks while sending me out with Anthony, one of the sales representatives, to test drive the car so as to make sure it met my expectations. Anthony Shaw was easy to like - friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. He explained the various features in detail - it was clear he really knew the car. When we returned, Dan confirmed with a smile and a handshake that he had managed the deal. While I'm sure a dealership is not about to take a loss, they managed the numbers in such a way that I felt they had managed something special (esp. considering my trade-in). Anthony walked me through the process of purchasing, explaining everything as he went along. It was clear to me that both Dan and Anthony really enjoy their jobs. With everything done, I was sent off to talk with Mike Pearce - the finance manager - for what I expected to be a hard sell of after purchase products. It was not. Mike was very professional, friendly, and laid back; there was no pressure - just a clear explanation of the basics and options as well as a review of finance options. He put me at ease very quickly and I actually enjoyed myself. From start to finish, these guys and all the staff I met at Unique Chrysler were top-notch. I've purchased both new and used cars over the years and have always dreaded it. Not this time. I can honestly say, while no one likes to spend that kind of money, it was the best purchasing experience I have ever been through. I love the car and these guys made the day a great one to remember. I have to say this was totally a pleasant experience. I was looking to trade in my existing car on something better suited for my needs. I was then pointed to Michael Verissimo to go over my trade in and dealings when picking up the van. Mike is a truly nice person. He made sure I was looked after and a people person. Mike Pearce and Brenda Ciraolo help me though the options and offerings the dealership had for me they were both informative and by no means pushy to try and sell me something I did not want. One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership and I'll come back to this one when I need something new. Awesome team!! More

We are in the process of moving back home to Ontario from the USA and our timeline was very short. We almost bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in NJ but Chrysler would void the warranty on both side the USA and our timeline was very short. We almost bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in NJ but Chrysler would void the warranty on both sides of the border should we bring it home with us, so I got on the internet and contact 3 Jeep dealerships, Unique Chrysler being one. I called from NJ and my first contact was Mil Radenovic who was not only knowledge about his product, charismatic and enthusiastic. The following weekend we drove home and had very limited time. Unique was the second dealership on our list. I found the dealership to be clean, attractive and all the staff very friendly and helpful. As our time was extremely tight, Mil accommodated us despite a huge preferred customer loyalty sale (I think) at the dealership that Saturday afternoon. The prior dealership was less than enthusiastic. We then bought our beautiful Jeep (our first completely new vehicle during our 35 years of marriage..what a thrill!). We got the best price in the area and the experience was a good one. I rated the price as only "Good" because we would all like to do a little better despite Unique's competitive pricing. Buying a vehicle on a birth certificate and a Canadian passport was handled stress free and with ease through Brenda Ciraolo, the Finance Manager. My husband had to return to NJ for work and I was left with picking the vehicle up. As I had no means of transportation, Mil came from Burlington to Stoney Creek to pick me up...albeit not in the little red Fiat convertible I had hope but in a nice clean Chrysler 300. He took the time to explain the paperwork and then he spent an unhurried, uninterrupted time setting the Jeep up for my driving comfort...NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
