We went to Unique on Thursday August 8 for routine maintance on our Caravan and went into the showroom just to look around. We were approached by Nikki Sharp. We were curious about the Dodge Journey maintance on our Caravan and went into the showroom just to look around. We were approached by Nikki Sharp. We were curious about the Dodge Journey and she was ready to help in any way she could. Nikki procceed to explain everything about the Journey from back to front, up and down, inside and out. We returned to the dealership on Monday August 12 for a test drive. Once again Nikki gave us the tour of the Journey and answered any and all questions about the crossover with no hesitation. By the end of the test drive we were hooked and Nikki had made a much deserved sale. When we picked up our Journey on Wednesday August 14 Nikki had everything ready and waiting. She made sure that before we left we had no questions about the Journey and if we did have questions down the road (LOL) we should not hesitate to call for answers. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate Nikki a "15" for knowledge, service and personality. Thanks again Nikki David Netherton was another helpful person. He was very helpful with all the paperwork and answered all our questions. He took time to explain everything that was available to us through the dealership. Overall the experience was good. All the people I came in contact with were very friendly. I did have a couple of small issues. I issue did take 4-5 days to resolve with many unanswered messages. The main issue I need resolved is to speak to someone who is knowledgeable about the radio system I have in my car. The unit I believe is an 8.5NS (has GPS, Satellite Radio and DVD package. There is a button on the satellite part (Weather and Traffic) can't get an answer whether it is supposed to work or not. Tried service department and Sirius no luck. Hope to get it resolved soon would have been helpful on my trip to the US. More
