I had a two hour drive to get to Unique and it was worth every minute! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The pricing was far less than in my home town. Everyone made me feel at home and was very profes every minute! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The pricing was far less than in my home town. Everyone made me feel at home and was very professional at their job. The only bad thing is that I live too far away to use the service department because I am sure that they are great people also. We went in to the dealership on Saturday, September 28, 2013 to do some research on replacing our jeep at the end of NEXT year. We were just killing time on a lovely Fall Saturday (just back from an amazin 2013 to do some research on replacing our jeep at the end of NEXT year. We were just killing time on a lovely Fall Saturday (just back from an amazing vacation to the Grand Canyon in our little trailer and realizing we needed more towing power to go to Banff NEXT year). We were approached right away by what appeared to be a very young sales representative. But from the moment he engaged us, he was incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable about the dealership's products and remarkably mature for his age. We had purchased a new Jeep with the towing package we needed within the hour. From there we worked with David Netherton who worked out a financing plan we could handle now without having to wait another year. He too was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We left rather shell-shocked that we had somehow purchased a new vehicle having had no intention to do so! We picked up our brand new Jeep tonight and Ryan came in on his day off to go through the vehicle with us and hand over the keys. We are thrilled with the vehicle and the outstanding service we received form Ryan, David and the Sales Manager who was able to get the specific vehicle with the tow package we needed from another location. Thanks to all of you and particularly Ryan for a rewarding experience on every front. More

We had contacted the dealership ahead of time with very specific details about the vehicle we wanted. Anthony Shaw called us back within the hour, determined exactly what we were looking for, and prepared specific details about the vehicle we wanted. Anthony Shaw called us back within the hour, determined exactly what we were looking for, and prepared a few vehicles for us to come and look at that night. He got everything spot on. We only had to look at two to decide between some minor options - he was extremely prepared, not to mention friendly and easy-going, which made a potentially stressful situation quite relaxing and enjoyable. I believe he helped us out in every way that he was able. When it came down to make a deal, we worked with both Anthony and the sales manager, Dan Donnelly, and were extremely pleased with the way things worked out. After some online research, we definitely got a great deal. We were going to trade in our old truck for a new one, and that was worked into the deal, however, less than 24 hours before we were set to pick up the new vehicle, our trade-in was totaled in an accident (not our fault and everyone was unharmed, fortunately). We called Unique back and dealt with our finance person, Michael Pearce, who made the process of cancelling the trade-in and working the deal out differently (and to our satisfaction). This was certainly a "unique" situation, and Unique Chrysler rose to the task! We're actually thinking about going back tonight to look at purchasing a Jeep from Anthony, and I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! All in all this was an extremely pleasant experience, and we couldn't be happier with the truck! Thanks Anthony, Dan, and Mike!!! We'll be back... Erin and Tom More

We had a wonderful experience with this dealership! They gentlemen we worked with were professional and extremely helpful. I found they went out of their way to save us money on our trade-in by looking at gentlemen we worked with were professional and extremely helpful. I found they went out of their way to save us money on our trade-in by looking at our existing contract we had which they noticed that an insurance benefit was refundable on the vehicle we used as a trade-in. In particular, Mio looked into this and followed up with the insurance company putting us in touch with the correct department to get paperwork completed and in order for this refund. I would not hesitate going back to this dealership for any further purchases. Also, we have had dealings with their garage because we unfortunately got a nail in our tire, we arrived at 6:05pm on a Friday for assistance, the garage closes at 6pm. They stayed late, changed the tire to our spare and ordered a new tire for us....totally turn around time was less than fifteen minutes. The young man who looked after this for us was very nice about it and didn't seem annoyed or upset that he had to stay late to change the tire....he happily just did it.
