As a single mom with very little knowledge about car maintenance, I rely on Todd's expertise and advice. If Todd recommends something needs to be fixed/replaced, I always do it. I know the advice he gives to me, he would give to a member of his family. I have also been known to call and ask his advice before making an appointment or I just show up and he is always patient, friendly and knowledgable and takes care of the problem on the spot. He gives me the confidence that I am spending my money wisely and maintaining a safe vehicle. More

Robert Dako is AMAZING!!!! I own a 2005 Highlander & have been having all of my service done with Rob since around 2006. Rob is totally honest, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and always discussed his recommendations prior to going ahead with repairs. Many people have advised me NOT to use dealerships for servicing my vehicle but I would never go anywhere else. In fact I won't book services if Rob was away, i would just wait until he returned. Toyota is extremely lucky to have Rob working for them. The bonus with Rob is he is very friendly making my visits always a good experience! Rob always goes that Extra mile!!! More
