I went Toyotatown with a issue and was concerned that I was going to turn 100,000km in about 2 more days. She went so far as to take pictures of the mileage, ordered the parts, issued a Work Order and told me to come back in a week. While the car was being worked on we were notified of a death in the family and had to travel that same day. I called Jen and was already in the process of renting another 4 wheel drive vehicle. She stopped me from picking up the rental and arranged for my vehicle to be available at the time I required, which was much earlier that the time I had previously expected. GREAT SERVICE. More
Mike came to my rescue today when CAA left me flat (literally with a flat in a parking lot for HOURS). He arranged for City Wide to come and change my tire so I could get to Toyota Town before closin (literally with a flat in a parking lot for HOURS). The previous owner of my 2013 Camray had had a damaged The previous owner of my 2013 Camray had had a damaged portion of the car poorly painted, e.g. "orange peel" surface and impurities in the paint. T The previous owner of my 2013 Camray had had a damaged portion of the car poorly painted, e.g. "orange peel" surface and impurities in the paint. There was a rough edge near the inside area where the rear passenger door closed and the door itself did not close as well as the three other doors. When I brought all this to the attention of the sales people, a couple days after I had purchased the car (weekend intervening), they offered to have the areas in question fixed and repainted properly, free of charge to me. While this was being done, I was given a loaner car and didn't even have to pay for the gasoline used! While ToyotaTown had my car, I ordered mouldings to be installed on the side doors and a stone and insect protective film to be installed on the front of the car and the back of the side mirrors and a paint stick for touchups. Not only was the work done to my satisfaction but imagine my pleasant surprise when I learned that ToyotaTown had decided to absorb the cost of the items I had ordered and to have installed. After I had gotten over my initial shock and had seen the quality of the work done, I went to personally thank the individuals who had been involved in my purchase of the car and in ordering the off site work done on the car. As they were not in, I then went to the service bay to personally thank Jason De Felice, who had initially concurred with me as to the problem with the right rear quarter and door panel and had taken my order for the moulding and hood, fender and mirror tape. He inspected the work done and, when it was discovered that the paint stick was not in the car, he personally went and picked up one for me from the parts department. I've been a ToyotaTown customer for more than 20 years and have always found it a pleasure in dealing with the staff, mainly the service staff and Jason De Felice in particular. More
I have been a Toyota owner for 6 years now and have always gone to ToyotaTown for buying/servicing my cars. My "guy" in the service department, Todd Servant, exemplifies the consistent, honest and qual always gone to ToyotaTown for buying/servicing my cars. My "guy" in the service department, Todd Servant, exemplifies the consistent, honest and quality service I have grown accustomed too. His entire department have made any servicing (whether its an investigation into a weird "sound" like my last visit, or a run-of-the-mill oil change) an easy affair, with great pricing and a very comfortable environment to wait in (if I'm staying at the dealership during the work). Anytime I've had a question or concern with my current vehicle Todd has handled the inquiry with a personal touch that reminds me each time of why I will not shop at, or try to find an alternative to my cars ongoing service needs. More
