The problems that I suffered are so complicated and unexpected to be solved due to my lacking of awareness. But Sara tried her best and behalf on me to represent the situations with Toyota Canada. I have dealt with Robert Dako for a few years. I find him to be friendly, cooperative and very knowledgeable. I have stopped in at times for advice only and he has taken the time to talk to me and advis him to be friendly, cooperative and very knowledgeable.
