He is a great representative for Toyotatown and helps to personalize an otherwise large dealership. Above and beyond I bought my 2006 Toyota Tacoma used at the end of 2007. It was a private sale but I wanted what I considered the experts to give it a look over. I found the customer service to be excellent - as always. I have used the ToyotaTown service department for my various Toyotas since 1998. In particular I want to express my thanks to service advisor Rob Dako for his follow up on my concern about the brakes. When I dropped the vehicle off for service I indicated there was a small noise in the brake area. When the scheduled maintenance was completed he called and left me a voice message including full details about findings, service and warranty related to the brakes. I certainly appreciated receiving such a comprehensive message. Thanks again. More

Even though we are out of town clients, we choose to have our vehicles serviced there because of the positive experiences and trust that we have developed over the years. We purchased our Camry Hybrid and Highlander there. A couple of individuals we have been working with on a number of occasions are Mike Minarsky and Jason DeFelice. Looks like they know what they are doing! I had a vibration issue in my car going for some time. Upon first visit to ToyotaTown they suggested to balance tires. I called ToyotaTown with complain and they connected me to Mike Minarsky after that my service at Toyota town improved. He was able to identify the true problem with the help of other mechanics (we did a road test). They explained me in simple words what was the actual problem for my vibration. Mike also checked if my car had recalls done (USA market) and managed to arrange everything for me. it is always nice when they go an extra mile for you. More
