Wonderful customer service I bought my Toyota Camry at ToyotaTown when Brian Komar was a sales person, and have been servicing the car always there. The attention is excellent. Excellent. Greeted promptly and pleasantly Brought my 2010 Prius in for obscure rubbing coming from front end. Amanda got Jim to take it for a test drive and the sound was heard (hurray). T Brought my 2010 Prius in for obscure rubbing coming from front end. Amanda got Jim to take it for a test drive and the sound was heard (hurray). The car was then taken in for inspection of wheel wells and the problem was found and I was out of the dealership in one hour. Bravo! When we bought from Shawn it was a great experience, the pick up was differeint... we waited over an hour and felt rushed. I attempted to get some questions answered after by email but he wasn't interested, I gave a review (10 as requested) and in hindsight regret it. I felt like he was great during the purchase, but afterwards we were holding him up from making more commission. I honestly don't know if we will continue to drive over an hour to shop/service here.
