I went Toyotatown with a issue and was concerned that I was going to turn 100,000km in about 2 more days. Jen Kolyn, service Advisor, said no problem, and told me the work would be covered by warranty. S was going to turn 100,000km in about 2 more days. She went so far as to take pictures of the mileage, ordered the parts, issued a Work Order and told me to come back in a week. While the car was being worked on we were notified of a death in the family and had to travel that same day. I called Jen and was already in the process of renting another 4 wheel drive vehicle. She stopped me from picking up the rental and arranged for my vehicle to be available at the time I required, which was much earlier that the time I had previously expected. GREAT SERVICE. More

Mike came to my rescue today when CAA left me flat (literally with a flat in a parking lot for HOURS). He arranged for City Wide to come and change my tire so I could get to Toyota Town before closin (literally with a flat in a parking lot for HOURS).
