Above and beyond, especially outside of warranty period The service advisor exceeded my expectations by consulting with Toyota Canada regarding the issue and settling on a very fair cost for the repair. M The service advisor exceeded my expectations by consulting with Toyota Canada regarding the issue and settling on a very fair cost for the repair. My Highlander was outside of the warranty period however the issue was serious enough to risk engine damage and was caught just in time. Both the dealership and Toyota Canada stepped up to ensure that I continue to be happy with my vehicle. It is that kind of customer service that renews my faith in the brand and ensures that I will come back in the future. More
