bad services I am disappointed with my last visit to Toyota town. I left massages with Service Manager and General Manager with no respond from any of them. I brought my car to service to leave with missing bolts on my wheels. I almost lost control of my car and risk my life. I went back to service to correct it, and they did. I have tried to contact anyone in management with no success. I have been servicing my 2 vehicles for 10 years. I am sad to see how the service become. in conclusion, do not take your car to change tires at Toyota town and make sure you do a safety check before you leave their Service. More

2006 Toyota Yaris Toyotatown has taken very good care of this car for the past 12 years. They have the parts in stock when needed and don't overcharge. My service Adviser today, Helena Vrabec, was excellent. There were many details to attend (changing to winter tires, oil change, brake light to be changed, yearly body warranty check, emission check) and she didn't miss anything. great service at Toyotatown Car had a stain on the hood, warranty covered it and Toyotatown took care of booking the appointment, getting it fixed quickly and at the last minute Car had a stain on the hood, warranty covered it and Toyotatown took care of booking the appointment, getting it fixed quickly and at the last minute got me a rental car. They even offered to pick me up if I needed a ride. The service advisor Corey Joudry was excellent! Calling me several times to make sure I remembered the appointment and afterwards to make sure I was pleased with the job. He even got me a rental car at the last second to make sure I could get around while the car was in the shop. Great service at Toyotatown. More

Was asked by service advisor if I wanted a multiple point c Took my 2015 RAV 4 in for regular maintenance which included brake service and oil change. Was asked by service advisor if I wanted a multiple point check up which I agreed to as well as replacement of rubber strip on one front wiper blade. In past years if I had a wiper blade wear out I usually went to Canadian Tire and paid $15 to $20 for a complete blade. With Toyota vehicles and possibly others all you need to replace is the part of the wiper that touches the windshield for less than $10. Who knew? More
