And he informed me that I was eligible for a factory rebate and told me how to easily and quickly apply for it. From the prompt response to my inquiry for an appointment, to the great effort that he put forth to find the exact time to have the work done that fit perfectly into my schedule to the courteous and professional greeting as I drove in to the dealership to the speedy completion of the paperwork at the end of the installation, Todd Servant is nothing short of amazing! I have tried to contact anyone in management with no success. I have been servicing my 2 vehicles for 10 years.
