She listened to my concern about my vehicle, and said that they would be able to look at it in the morning, she just wasn't sure when. I was pleased with that, especially since I didn't have an appt. I just waited inside, and in about an hour and a half, she came back and told me it was all done, and they took a good look to see if they could see anything else. The service department of Toyota Town looked after it since the day I purchased it at the dealership. Many times I would have strangers comment how amazing my old truck looked.
