The middle section of the heat shield was re-secured within 20 minutes of dropping it off with no additional charge to me. I am extremely appreciative of the prompt, courteous service. I took my vehicle in, for winter tires & oil change Helena was excellent. She completed all my requests and did them in an orderly fashion to minimize the time I had to wait for my vehicle.
