I had a great experience and I am very happy to give Todd 5 stars. Not only did he deal with the reason I was there, he went over and above to check out what had been done to my vehicle when "serviced" at an 5 stars. He pointed out what should be done, the costs involved and we agreed that safety was most important. He kept in touch with me while my vehicle was there and let me know what was found during his inspection. He was friendly, open and honest and that's something I appreciate. They Were There For Me When I Needed Them I had my car towed to ToyotaTown on a Friday night. Without an appointment, they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday, diagnose the problem, and I had my car towed to ToyotaTown on a Friday night.
