Jason is a great service advisor and I look forward to working with him for future service. He looked for the best solutions and helped make my situation easier. Only constructive piece is accuracy around verbal quotes. My cost for a catalytic converter was double what was verbally quoted. The process to fix my car and the result after the repairs, was a bit below expectations. Jason is not at fault, but after waiting for parts to come in and then waiting many days for the work to be done, the final result is the car runs louder with more vibrations than when it ran normally, prior to this repair. Still, I highly recommend ToyotaTown as the best dealership service department in London and Jason is a big reason for this. I wish my repair result this time around was better, but I will still keep going to ToyotaTown for service, because they are the most competent of any repair shops I've used and regularly service my vehicle beyond expectations. More

This dealer does not put its customers in high esteem. It will look for any excuse to get out of taking responsability to make things right with mistakes it makes to it's customers. I came in to have a tire repaired and also swaped out my winter tires and rims. First, even though they didn't repair my tire, they where still wanting to charge me over $40 to repair it. They did change and took the repair charge off saying it was an oversight. Then when I went out to get my Hghlander, the first thing I noticed is one of the covers I have used for the last two winters was missing. The technician DID NOT put them on properly and I was told by John that they where the wrong size. He told me that I was a smart man and should be able to see that. That is the same as saying your stupid for not seen that the covers don't fit. The covers fit my 18 inch snow rims since I've had the Highlander in 2021. He proceded to tell me 2 covers where brocken. Before I put them into my car I made sure the covers where not brocken or in bad shape. The way the covers where put on showed the technician didnt know how to put covers on. They where put on wrong and he/she damaged them when he/she put them on. A good technician would have owned up to his or her mistake as the dealership should have done. This is my last time going to this dealership for anything including buying a vehicle from them. They hold the spot for been one of the worst dealerships in Canada and don't listen or try to improve their quality of service. The technician also didn't clean the snow off of my car. This dealership is so busy in most cases you have to wait weeks to months to get an appointment. I may be one customer that complains, but I bet I'm not the only one. John should be ashamed for what he said to me and apologize. The covers may not be to the standard of one's made by Toyota, but I know when a person is working their way out of taking responsibility for a problem. He may have agreed to pay for half of a new set of covers, but in the long run, John should have agreed to buy me a replacement and not say "your a smart man Mark and you can see the covers don't fit" whitch is not true. If put on properly the first time without braking them while putting them on, the covers will stay on the whole winter. Last year the technician at Canadian Tire put them on and they stayed on all winter. I came into the dealership to get a low tire fixed and the technician was right the tire couldn't be fixed because of not enough tread. Then to charge me for a repair is wrong. They also repaired my lights above my passengers seat in the second row. They charged me for two lights when I already had the bulbs in my coffee holders. He/she used one of them, but I was still charged for two bulbs. This dealership is not a very professionaly run service department in my opinion. There are good people there but the quality of service is below reproach. I know and believe nothing will be done about this, so I will be taking my Highlander to a different place for repairs. More
