LaToya was excellent. Nothing but good things to say about her. But I don't get what you guys are doing there. I walk in and all the desks say "go out to the garage". I wonder out there and no one even notices I'm there. I'm not sure if I should interrupt someone, if I should line up somewhere, if someone has even noticed I walked in. They had me an elevelope to fill out and just disappear. I finally waited enough that I went outside and put it in the box as if I came after hours. When I go to pick up my car it's the same thing. I just stand around trying to look as confused as I can and hope someone notices. I finally interrupted someone and he couldn't even hear me because some sort of loud work is being done and quite frankly, he seemed a bit annoyed that I needed to talk to him at all. I was quoted $500 for a key. For a key. I was quoted $145 from a third party. Honestly, I'm going to look for a third party for maintenance as well at this point. If I'm going to be paying $170 an hour I guess I'd like to witness something a little more professional. Doesn't help that you closed down the cafe either. The optics of that shuttered feature says a lot. More
Jason setup an appointment that suited me for some major work on a RAV. Work was performed to specs and quoted price. One of the biggest mistakes I made was visiting this Toyota service centre for a recall. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I dropped off my car in the morning, and un Toyota service centre for a recall. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I dropped off my car in the morning, and unlike other Toyota service centres, they refused to provide any shuttle or Uber service and insisted that I arrange my own transportation. There was ZERO service updates throughout the day. I had to call multiple times, and no one answered. When someone finally picked up, I was told the service team had already left for the day and left my car keys with reception. When I asked why no one informed me, there was no explanation. They then expected me to reach the dealership in 10 minutes from North to South London, as they are going to close, which was impossible. The receptionist said I should just come the next day instead. When I asked for the manager, he said he could leave the keys and invoice inside my car—but also mentioned they were not liable if anything happens as they all are leaving. Very irresponsible and unacceptable. On the same day, I asked the parts department for a quote. The staff gave me a price but openly said she wasn’t sure if the part even fit my vehicle. If the parts staff doesn’t know, who does? Overall, this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had with a Toyota dealership. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero customer care. I strongly do not recommend this service centre. More
