"Excellent service starts with quality staff." I went into this dealership with the intention of purchasing 2 vehicles. My friend and I both needed something that we could use for our daily commute. I found Shaun Smith to be very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and just an overall professional. At the end of the day my friend and I both ended up purchasing a 2010 Matrix and I would definitely recommend Shaun to all my friends and family. I still stop by to say hi when I am in for service and Shaun seems to be up to date on the concept models and just generally has a good overall sense of the industry that he is in. He's offered me invaluable advice on all things related to my vehicle. He definitely made purchasing a used car a lot more easier and enjoyable for me. Kudos on a job well done! More
