Everyone involved in the process provided a genuine interest in ensuring that my interests and needs were met. I enjoyed each interaction with the various employees who helped me directly with my decision to choose Toyota. The vehicle aside, I wouldn't have conducted my business unless I felt confident and comfortable with the dealership. The environment at Toyota-Town was second to none in my opinion. Excellent and comprehensive follow up to service appointment On February 10th 2016 the ToyotaTown service department in London Ontario performed the 16,000 km scheduled maintenance on my 2015 Rav4. I found the c On February 10th 2016 the ToyotaTown service department in London Ontario performed the 16,000 km scheduled maintenance on my 2015 Rav4. I found the customer service to be excellent - as always. I have used the ToyotaTown service department for my various Toyotas since 1998. In particular I want to express my thanks to service advisor Rob Dako for his follow up on my concern about the brakes. When I dropped the vehicle off for service I indicated there was a small noise in the brake area. When the scheduled maintenance was completed he called and left me a voice message including full details about findings, service and warranty related to the brakes. I certainly appreciated receiving such a comprehensive message. Thanks again. More

Above and beyond I bought my 2006 Toyota Tacoma used at the end of 2007. It was a private sale but I wanted what I considered the experts to give it a look over. I took it into Toyota Town and was so impressed by there service department I decided to use them for my vehicles regular servicing. Even though we are out of town clients, we choose to have our vehicles serviced there because of the positive experiences and trust that we have developed over the years. We purchased our Camry Hybrid and Highlander there. A couple of individuals we have been working with on a number of occasions are Mike Minarsky and Jason DeFelice.
