She answered all my questions, gave pertinent information and gave me the space to make my decisions. I would add that I appreciated having a woman salesperson. This is ;long overdue as women have long been buying cars and drive cars. Gwen's help continued after purchase with help in learning the new technology in present-day vehicles. I am confident that Gwen will be helpful if I have questions in the future. Totally satistified! I went also yo mitsubishi but some specs of the car i dont like,. But when I went to toyota town i was very please, when I walk in i met baz he is very pleasant and no pressure selling,. And I got a good deal am so happy with my new rav4, not only that baz service dont stop on selling the cars if i have a question after I got it he is very attentive and fast to answer question i dont need to go to my manual to check it! And becoz how happy I am to the service I recommend it to my friends and co-worker and honestly my good friend bought her first car in toyota bcoz of my recommendation., More
