Buyers can now do their homework on-line, and tend to know what they want when they walk into the showroom. Despite this, dealers try to put us through through the customary ordeal, which takes much too time and involves a variety of gimmicks and pressure tactics. David High and ToyotaTown stand out because they take a different approach. I asked for and promptly received the information I needed to make a decision, without the hassles . David was very knowledgeable about both my present Toyota and the model I wanted to buy. He was refreshingly courteous and helpful, from start to delivery (yesterday). More
