Went in looking to buy a new car and was assisted by Karan who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns that I raised were answered or brought to the attention of someone who would have an answer. He ensured I did not feel overwhelmed in the process while also not keeping me there for hours and hours. I never felt forced to make any decision and any time he was being more suggestive than usual it was for good reason. I chose a Toyota for the belief of reliability above all else which, we will have to see how it goes, but in going through the process believe I've already made the right chose in coming to Toyota from their exemplary service thus far. I will continue to suggest my friends and family do the same as I and head down to ToyotaTown. More

I received excellent service. I was asked prior to providing me with a new battery and at what level it was at which I am positive enabled me to be sure I would not get stuck with I was asked prior to providing me with a new battery and at what level it was at which I am positive enabled me to be sure I would not get stuck with my car not starting somewhere in the winter season. A very important safety concern, therefore I was pleased this issue was addressed. I was also provided a place where I could complete a zoom conference call while waiting and this was also important to me. More

Jason was able to provide a service appointment under short notice and arrange a shuttle as well. Much appreciated! Shuttle driver (Rick or Rich) was courteous and friendly.
