Dealing with switchboard is frustrating--always has been, don't try to use covid-19 as an excuse. You get a plagued run-around when you call that place unless you can actually get Jason on his own line. Shuttle reductions, long before covid-19, make dealing with service department inconvenient. Jason deFelice's good work is the reason I still go to ToyotaTown instead of Competition Toyota. The only thing more annoying than ToyotaTown's switch board is being expected to prolong the repair episode by answering some review. Most consumers know how to vote with their feet. ToyotaTown's prices aren't economical enough to earn the imposition on the customer's time. When a service appointment is done, it should be DONE, not have a hangover. More

Helena was great I lost my car keys and using my back up, came in to get my summer tires put on, and my winter tires stored. Because it would take time to get the new keys in, we decided to have both jobs done at the same time. Then the covid-19 virus hit, and with the shuttle put off (and concerns because of my age-I'm 72), Helena helped with the manager to ensure i would not have to pay extra for having my tires returned to storage and then brought back to the dealership. I put off getting the work done until we went to stage 2 of covid recovery and getting my son to drive me. Helena and I kept in email contact during this time. When I brought my car in yesterday, abd by this time I was due for regular service, Helena was clear on the costs involved and phoned at 5 pm to tell me the work would be finished the next day. She is pleasant, efficient, customer-friendly and it was a pleasure working with her More

A+ service for Firis! I've been a Toyota customer since I got my licence and bought my first Corolla 18 years ago. I haven't found a service advisor that I "loved" until I I've been a Toyota customer since I got my licence and bought my first Corolla 18 years ago. I haven't found a service advisor that I "loved" until I dealt with Firis about a year ago. Since then, I have been with Firis and time after time he continues to go above and beyond for me and my vehicle. He is knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and continually strives to meet my expectations (and then some!) I have switched Toyota dealerships over the years as I have had a few not so pleasant experiences (I'm not hard to please, I swear!) and I'm soooo happy to have found Firis at a dealership location that is close to home. I know nothing about vehicles, and I'm sure I've asked some pretty dumb questions, but Firis always explains the work in terms that I understand, without making me feel like an idiot or like I'm wasting his time. I have the ECP and it often gets overlooked, but Firis always makes sure that work that is covered comes off my invoice, which is so appreciated. I've never had a Service Advisor do this for me before. I will continue to come to Toyota Town to get my service work done. My mom drives to the Toyota dealership in Stratford as she hasn't had luck with the London locations before, but she's going to switch to Firis at Toyota Town now after my recommendation to her. Thanks again Firis for all your help. Hopefully I don't need to see you soon, but I know my Prius is in good hands if Ido! (This review is not paid or endorsed, I just really had great service.) I contacted Amanda to let her know that my car would not start and that the tow truck wad on its way! She listened carefully to everything I said and she explained what may be wrong and not to worry! She quickly got my car into the shop that afternoon and notified me before I thought it would be looked at and explained accurately what needed to be done.
