Went in looking to buy a new car and was assisted by Karan who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He ensured I did not feel overwhelmed in the process while also not keeping me there for hours and hours. I never felt forced to make any decision and any time he was being more suggestive than usual it was for good reason. I chose a Toyota for the belief of reliability above all else which, we will have to see how it goes, but in going through the process believe I've already made the right chose in coming to Toyota from their exemplary service thus far.
