The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was exceptional is his knowledge of what was needed to fix my 4Runner! I was in for a simple oil change, but he looked through my repair history and found something that ne knowledge of what was needed to fix my 4Runner! I was in for a simple oil change, but he looked through my repair history and found something that needed replacing right away, that I didn’t even know about! He was courteous, explained exactly what was needed, took the time to show me why the part needed replacing, and had my vehicle ready at exactly the time he estimated! More
