From the initial great sales personnel (Ken ) to management (Brian) and troubleshooting Some issues, this dealership has been very fair and accommodating . When has taking my car in for service been an absolute pleasure? It's always the case that I enjoy the experience at Toyota Town. Everyone is pleasant, professional and very clear in all their explanation pleasure? It's always the case that I enjoy the experience at Toyota Town. Everyone is pleasant, professional and very clear in all their explanations of what is beng done to my car and why, which I find especially helpful knowing really very little about cars, despite having been a driver for over 50 years. I appreciate that each visit I am able to see the same Service Advisor, Dennis Dabous. Everyone in the store from sales through to service to check out, including the shuttle driver [Rich] if needed, is really exceptional. More
