From Booking my appt to picking up my vehicle all was efficient and professional. Customer service was excellent up until the point of sale. Once the sale was made we found the dealership to be quite unresponsive to our inquiries and requests. We purchased a used vehicle. It took almost two weeks for them to get the vehicle ready with no explanation of the delay. We had to email/call multiple times to get responses from their back end sales team. I do feel they sold us a good product for a reasonable price. The salesman did not pressure us when making our selection. I felt their service could be better once the sale is made.
