When you drive in you get the feeling of a strong customer service culture that must come from the top down ( pardon the pun I bought a F150 not a convertible Mustang ). I had a nice 2016 F 150 I wanted to trade up to 2018 as Ford has a lot of new innovations I liked such as the 10 speed transmission for fuel economy. Mike S spent the time to understand my needs and gave me a choice of trucks to match, The test drive convinced me it was time to upgrade.
