Simple and easy i recently purchased a truck from the loan arranger and allan was my salesman..... i had a vision of what i wanted and within an hour i had an email w i recently purchased a truck from the loan arranger and allan was my salesman..... i had a vision of what i wanted and within an hour i had an email with a picture of the truck i wanted (im a long haul driver with minimal time to run into the dealer)...... I dealt with John L who was attentive to what I was looking for in a car. John was fun to deal with as he has a great sense of humour and gets the job done. Initially when I went in I was not happy with the car they were wanting to sell to me as I have not so perfect credit. However, John knowing that I was not happy was able to swing me a sweet deal and get me into a Kia Soul which was the car I originally wanted. He made me a very happy customer! But John didn't stop there, he made sure that my new car received new tires and breaks. Through this process I felt that John was looking out for my needs and kept the vehicle in my budget as well on a shorter term then all other dealerships. Took care of every detail and went over above the call. When I picked up my vehicle it was detailed and looking like a million bucks and even had armour all on the tires and a full tank of gas. And that means a lot when getting a new vehicle. Everything was taken care of and adam broome made my transfer from my former vehicle to this new one with zero issues and even thew in a washer fluid. It's the little things that add up for excellent customer service. I recommend the loan arranger to anyone but for a real one on one experience where you actually get to have input in what you want and treated like family contact adam broome tell him adam u sent you.
