Allan is very friendly and has a great sense of humor and very professional to deal with. He is quick to get back to you with answers and will try anything he can to help you purchase a vehicle in your price range. As expected, no major pluses a few disappointments Was unable to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted, even then the price was a tad higher than I had requested. I was told I could get any car I wanted, but when I showed up I was only given a few choices. Then they made an appointment for me to pick up the car, but it was not ready when I arrived, so they sent us to a coffee shop to wait. When they then realized it would take until the next day, I had driven across the city for nothing and they offered no amends other than to deliver the car to me the following day. Tony was very friendly and helpful while dealing with the issues presented. More
