Amazing person with great people skills I live in cambridge and learned that Allan East works at Toronto now, we drove all the way to Toronto just to find him to help us, 6 months ago I got I live in cambridge and learned that Allan East works at Toronto now, we drove all the way to Toronto just to find him to help us, 6 months ago I got a minivan from himy and I wanted to get a car instead as the gas expenses will go down, Even though it was impossible at this time to just change the purchase he made it possible ND find me a great car that I fell in love right away, They really did the financing and drove the car all the way to Cambridge to save me the trip again, Such a great guy helpful, professional ,witty and a great sense of humor. Even my one year old son is crazy for him. At his new office we met Tamara how glad I am to meet her. A very nice lady who works her magic to make the purchases happen. If anyone needs to buy a car do not bother to go anyone or anywhere else. These people are great Allan is Great I am so glad I met him. When I called the receptionist was very polite and patched me straight through to Adam Broome with no delay. Adam patiently listened to my painstaking story on my troubles and went straight to work on my file. When he said he was going to call me he called me at the exact time he said within the minute. He even kept in contact on his own free time! Within a day I was driving an amazing pick up that suited my needs to a tee with a surprisingly low rate. We told him what we were looking for and between Alan, Tamara & Chris and a little bit of time they found our new truck. My husband has not stopped smiling! Excellent experience/wonderful staff at Scarboroug location! I can't say enough positive things about the Scarborough branch of THE LOAN ARRANGER, and Allan East (Financial Specialist) in particular. Not sure i I can't say enough positive things about the Scarborough branch of THE LOAN ARRANGER, and Allan East (Financial Specialist) in particular. Not sure if tiger blood was involved, but from the very start, this gentleman exuded nothing but win! Allan first asked what vehicle I was interested in and my price range, then had the SUV I inquired about brought from another branch (on a long weekend nonetheless). After it arrived, he let me know it had been detailed and cleaned, but also that there was no pressure. Upon test driving, I found it to be beautiful, well maintained, and in excellent condition. With my less than perfect credit, I doubted I'd qualify for financing, but Allan reassured me, and introduced me to Tamara G, who asked what I felt I could comfortably manage for a monthly payment. To my amazement, she was able to secure me financing at monthly payments of even less than what I said I could afford, as well as a decent term. Allan went out of his way to make sure I was kept informed every step of the way too. I test drove Wednesday and filled out the necessary paperwork, and received approval early Thursday. By Friday noon, I was floating out the door with the keys to my newly certified, e-tested, transferred and plated vehicle. Many thanks to Allan, who came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly, even personally filling the gas tank before I got there, and having the mechanic put brand new tires on my vehicle. Such a wonderful surprise! As my grandson would say, "this guy is awesome with awesome sauce!". I was very impressed by the professionalism and phenomenal customer service, as well as the courteous, polite, sincere and accommodating staff.
