Stellar Customer Service I walked into Loan Arranger scared that I would be taken advantage of and nervous that I would get turned down. I had a low credit score due to stu I walked into Loan Arranger scared that I would be taken advantage of and nervous that I would get turned down. I had a low credit score due to student loans and bad choices in my youth . I met with Adam Broome on a Tuesday and was driving my red 2012 Chevy Cruz by Thursday . Adam was amazing he is very sincere person and did not judge my situation . The following week I had a few issues with my car ,I told Adam and he had a mechanic look at it asap . My tire even blew out and a manager from Loan Arranger came out to me and helped me out .All this was done free of charge .I was absolutely shocked at the customer service I received ,it was beyond impressive .
