I would give a zero on professionalism. It was humiliating when he was having a meltdown in front of myself and the tow truck guy. As a result, more money had to be paid to tow the car to the dealer site. Just disappointing. Two words Joe, "do better". More

I had applied to 3 or 4 places for a vehicle and due to my poor credit a lot of places wanted a huge down payment.
