Trade In Anna was working the night I came in to Lakehead Motors and I asked her if she was busy. She listened to everything I said, found the vehicle I was looking for and helped me trade in my vehicle for the one I was interested in. All 3 employees that helped me were great and offered nothing but smiles and a helping hand. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me. I am now a proud owner of my very first truck!!!! Great service bad moral I would defiantly recommend Justin. He was great. The overall experience however was not wonderful. I heard other employees bad mouth customers after I would defiantly recommend Justin. He was great. The overall experience however was not wonderful. I heard other employees bad mouth customers after they got off the phone. The manager was very rude to Justin (who I purchased the vehicle off of). I thought it was inappropriate to speak badly about any employee in front of customers. Also the manager made promises to me about a "few" free oil changes due to changes in the contract just before the sale went through which I have not received nor heard about again. I love my new Jeep it is the second one I have purchased however, after the treatment of the staff not sure I would return if Justin was not working there. More
