Taki listened to what we wanted, he let us take him for a xxxx ride lol. He took care of everything, especially helping my husband through his separation anxiety with trading in his beloved truck. Incredible I walked in knowing one thing for sure. I wasn't getting approved because my ex wife ran her credit cards into the heavens and never paid them. But my girlfriend and I are expecting our little boy next month. That means two girls from my marriage, one from my girlfriends marriage, and one from our happy new home. All in car seats. 4 car seats. I drive a 91 Cadillac Fleetwood (seats 6, but only 3 in the back), she just bought a brand new Santa Fe before we got together (seats 5, but again 3 in the back). I needed a van, and my girlfriend having just paid for a new SUV certainly wasn't getting a van (not to mention she's the only other one I know that swears up and down never to drive a van) so it was up to me. Take two cars everywhere or get a van. And that's what Rick Reid and Jolene Dosen at lakehead motors did for me. At first I was in disbelief. Then I was actually really excited. Not about the van. I parked in classic cadillac for a soccer mom van, not the most joyous of transitions. I was excited because I have never been treated so well for being up front and honest. I have never been worked for so loyally. I have never had a dealership sit down with me, run numbers and say, yes. I'm just waiting for delivery soon and for as long as my kids love this van, as long as my family is safe in this van, and for as long as the payments they set me up with don't drain my account, I will always be reminded of how good people can genuinely be. They worked hard, and VERY quick to satisfy my needs and wants and I couldn't be happier. I'll gladly say i'll never shop anywhere else again. Not because of dodge products, but because of Rick and Jolene. I can't wait to see what the service guys are like! More

When I filled out the application at lakehead motors they got back to me very fast and with a approval we bought the van unseen with just pictures and information that we were told about the van, and it was everything they said it was very clean tip top shape there was some scratches on the bumper they gave us the option of money off or bring it to a closer garage or they can replace bumper the next time we went back there and we chose for them to replace. over all they got a customer for life and everybody that I know that's looking for a new or used car I will send them to lahehead motors its worth the drive.
