Greg from lakehead motors was wonderful to do business with! I will never recommend icar to anyone based on the way they treated me, I had a cheque down for a jeep and they were test driving that jeep to other c I will never recommend icar to anyone based on the way they treated me, I had a cheque down for a jeep and they were test driving that jeep to other customers and when I backed out they wanted me to pay for the paint touch up and installation of the rust module when they said they were throwing it into the deal! I spoke to the manager over the phone and he just argued with me which made me even more upset and angry! I ran out of the office crying so upset when I ran into Greg from Lakehead motors who I was looking at another jeep with. He got me set up with a jeep I was completely happy with. I felt like he really cared about my experience and was sympathetic with me and consoled me at my lowest when all I wanted was to buy a jeep and be excited about it. He was wonderful to be around and made me feel at ease after everything that went on! I have to say Greg is one of the most caring wonderful salesperson I've ever come across! He's amazing and I will recommend anyone to go and see him to have the same amazing experience that I've had the pleasure of having with him. Also the manager Doug was also very helpful and sympathetic with my situation and for that I'm truly greatful for! The funny part is that once the manager at icar knew I was looking to purchase a different jeep from lakehead he changed his tune pretty quick and called me back and said we could work something out! I never called him back based on the poor customer service he gave me! I have never been so frustrated and angry at anyone ever! To be honest they should completely get rid of everyone at icar they need more people like Greg and Doug they were the best and I will always recommend anyone to go see them! I went into lakehead to see Greg not to long ago about detailing again and we had a great conversation we caught up about life and he's always so inviting and I love going to visit him! He's very down to earth and easy to talk to! I thank you so much Greg for helping me get the jeep I've always wanted and making me so happy! More

New vehicle purchase. I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram. This was my first Dodge vehicle purchase, and my first time dealing with Lakehead Motors. I have been a GMC Sie I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram. This was my first Dodge vehicle purchase, and my first time dealing with Lakehead Motors. I have been a GMC Sierra owner for the past 20 years, Trading my vehicle every 3-4 years. When I walk into the GMC dealership, I feel like I am just another body, and once I've bought the vehicle, any issues with it are not there concern. I was pleasantly surprised at the service I got from Lakehead Motors. All the staff, from the salesman we dealt with, the finance staff, the service staff, (whom explained service/maintenance for the new vehicle); were very professional, awesome sense of humor, and very helpful. I was given a thorough tour of the all the features on the new vehicle, and left the dealership, feeling like "I mattered". I would definatly recommend this dealership. More
