Bought a 2021 ram 3500 cummins diesel from this dealership, love the truck and the people at the dealership are great people and nice to deal with. Only issue I have is the warranty parts do not co dealership, love the truck and the people at the dealership are great people and nice to deal with. Only issue I have is the warranty parts do not come in. The dealership has had my truck almost 3 months in total for 2 seperate issues the first issue was fixxed then the engine light came on a day later and truck went back for this completely different issue but warranty keeps back ordering parts and I still haven't got my truck back all while I'm paying $1200 a month payments for it to sit on there lot because of the incompetence of warranty getting the parts to them. Yes they gave me a loaner half ton for use but in no way does that make up for the one ton truck I bought for work purposes. I am completely and utterly fet up with this whole warranty and the excuses of why the parts aren't coming although I do not hold the dealership themselves responsible I feel as if I am paying for a product I do not have use of because of the incompetence of the warranty getting parts to the dealership. I'm out over $3600 in truck payments for a truck I haven't been able to use. Let alone the jobs I've had to turn down cause I can't haul my equiptment trailer with the loaner vehicle I have. UPDATE: PARTS STILL HAVENT ARRIVED, keep getting the same excuses from service department. We need a solution. This isn't right that I'm out so much money in payments due to my truck sitting at the dealership waiting on parts that clearly aren't coming. I have lost all faith in this whole situation. There has to be a solution. No more excuses. My truck originally went to the dealership on December 13th and it's now February 28th it's time to do somthing to rectify this situation. I am now looking into all my options to get this dealt with. Iam beyond frustrated and just want my xxxx truck back. My Truck only has 13,000 km on it, I think I've putmore milage than that in the loaner vehicles I've had so far..... absolutely rediculous. UPDATE: It's now March 3rd, and now I'm bieng told that the part they are waiting on isn't even bieng produced in Canada and they can't get it! After telling me it's been on the way over and over again, this is not what I wanted to hear! Still no progress, completely disappointed in the brand. I'm not seeing or hearing any progress at all and it's enfuriating!!! Basically never count on your warranty when buying from the chrysler brand it's absolute garbage!! Pretty bad all this for a dam def pump. I need a resolution this isabsolute horse crap!!!!! UPDATE: ITS MARCH 10TH NOW AND IM STILL WAITING. COMPLETELY FET UP AT THIS POINT!! GOING TO BE TALKINGTO LAWYERS TO TRY TO GET REFUNDED FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I PURCHASED. WAREANTY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! More
I purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee new in 2018. test drove. Picked the color, tint. Signed the offer of purchase. Received news of being approved. Awesome!! Right? Wrong. The next day I got a text explaining to me that Anna noticed Rocco gave me too much of a employee discount.. as a result they tried to offer me a used 2018 Grand Cherokee 75th anniversary edition with 21k on it for the same price.. without me even seeing it or driving it hah. Seemed really shady.. definitely ruined the experience of shopping at this dealership. For two people who think so highly of themselves you would think they'd have the competence to use a calculator properly. Long story short I stated we already signed the offer of purchase which I had a copy of with all signatures signed. I want the 2019 Grand Cherokee I test drove and picked or no deal.. They folded and honored the 2019 Grand Cherokee. Being a car salesman myself I now see why. You can get in a lot of trouble not following OMVIC code of ethics :) love Jeep. Hate the dealership. When I arrived to pick up my new Jeep Anna gave a sarcastic "we appreciate your business". Word from the wise.. you should be transparent with all transactions. More
Purchased brand new car , (cash) and salesman tried to leave it with us with big dent in hood and hit the road. With 3 days left on warranty i drive it down to MILLER HILL JEEP EAGLE (good guys) in Duluth. They find 56 broken parts in transmission AND cracked exhaust manifold then fixed tranny and REPLACED manifold. FREE UNDER WARRANTY. Took vehicle back to Lakehead chrysler to inform them of fixed problems and they told me to basically F___ O__ !!! WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER-DODGE ANYTHING !!, ESPECIALLY FROM THESE A__H____ . More

Went to The Lakehead Motors a couple days ago for my second oil change since buying a Dodge Ram. This second service, went just as smoothly as the first. Both times, Derek "You'r the Best" Darson wa second oil change since buying a Dodge Ram. This second service, went just as smoothly as the first. Both times, Derek "You'r the Best" Darson was the Service Advisor. I cannot dispute Derek's 'middle' name, because indeed each time I received top-notch service from him. To get excellent service one time in this day and age is great, but to get it a second time around is a rarity nowadays. I've dealt with numerous service department people throughout my years, and most of them are sore points for me. But not so with Derek. On your next oil change/rotation of tires etc etc and etc...be sure to seek out the best with > You're the Best Darson. You won't be disappointed with the result. More
Have bought a few jeeps from this company all with in a year and half approx., after sale support horrible just took my 2020 jeep gladiator and traded it in for a toyota! Amazing Salesmanship and Customer Service I came from Fort Frances to Thunder Bay for a medical and decided to car shop. By the time I got back home, I had an email and 2 phone messages regard I came from Fort Frances to Thunder Bay for a medical and decided to car shop. By the time I got back home, I had an email and 2 phone messages regarding my request. I returned the phone message the next morning and by the end of the day, I had been contacted 3 times by the Peng, my salesperson. By the next day, he had made me an incredible offer on a new vehicle, offered a good trade-in, and put me in touch with Cherie in the Finance department. Within 3 days, I was back at Lakehead Motors, Cherie met me and had all the paperwork ready for signing, Peng had the new plates on and the van ready to go, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, great response and turnaround time, and I will continue to travel to Lakehead Motors in the future!! And...I love my new Grand Caravan!!! More
