Absolute worst service you could ever get from a dealership. Have bought 2 new vehicles from them now and if you need service before any mechanical issues afterwards you better have lots of time and dealership. Have bought 2 new vehicles from them now and if you need service before any mechanical issues afterwards you better have lots of time and patience. Even when you schedule an appointment to have something changed they will keep your vehicle all day then tell you we don’t have the part we need to complete the work. Have had them order the parts twice now before hand had the vehicle scheduled to go in when parts are in stock then tell me after a 10 hour day they don’t have the parts. Thanks for wasting my time. My advice to anyone thinking of buying a car from this outfit: STAY THE xxxx AWAY. They don't care if you're satisfied or angry or anything else. They don't or won't follow up on your response to anythin outfit: STAY THE xxxx AWAY. They don't care if you're satisfied or angry or anything else. They don't or won't follow up on your response to anything they do, including charging you for a job they couldn't complete because of their own incompetence. Make phone calls, write letters, it makes no difference. Anything you say will fall on deaf ears. How they are able to stay in business is totally beyond me. More
I've had very few if any positive transactions with this dealership. They don't seem to care whether you're satisfied or not. I've written several letters to both the vice president AND the OWNER and never dealership. They don't seem to care whether you're satisfied or not. I've written several letters to both the vice president AND the OWNER and never once, NEVER, did I receive a response. They even charged me once for a job they COULDN'T complete due to their own incompetence. My advice regarding this dealership is STAY THE xxxx AWAY. More
Worst experience ever with a dealership. They never have parts available for recall work until months after notices received on my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. Recently took my vehicle in They never have parts available for recall work until months after notices received on my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. Recently took my vehicle in for check engine light, and service throttle body warning light, and particulate filter 100% full light. Codes showed a faulty sensor. I was told the part wasn't available anywhere on the continent and I would be given priority status on a wail list, but it would be at least a month without my vehicle. My son found the part in less than 20 minutes at another dealership and gave the contact information to LM. They had the part in less than a week. Then they said they couldn't remove the corroded bolts to remove the old sensor, and if the bolts broke, I would potentially need a new manifold. And if there was a problem removing the manifold, there could be damage to the block. The estimate to replace the original sensor was $3300 up to $10,000. We could rarely get anyone to talk to us on the phone and it took 5 days for them to return my calls. They had removed the wheel well cover only and at our request put it back on. No other work done - new sensor NOT installed ( though we're keeping the new sensor), the final bill to put the wheel well cover back on is $1800. An extra charge was made since they called the new sensor a back-ordered part even though we sourced it ourselves. Picking up the truck tomorrow, hoping to limp it home, no work done on it. Will never return to this dealership. I bought the truck new when I was living out of province - perhaps if I'd bought it at this dealership originally, service might have been different??? More

In one case I showed the service person a noise that the vehicle was making and it took 3 return trips to get it dealt with. BRUTAL! More

If it was possible to give this dealership's service department a 0 rating we would. We broke down on our way to a camping trip and called them. After giving them the code error as well as what needed department a 0 rating we would. We broke down on our way to a camping trip and called them. After giving them the code error as well as what needed to be done, we told them we would have the truck towed in the following morning and they said 'see you then'. We arrived with the truck on a flatbed only to be sent away. After another garage fixed the issue we still needed the code to be erased by the dealership. Went to get that done, to be told they would be able to do that in 2-3 days!!! After talking to the service manager the code was cleared in a few hours. It only needed to be flashed by a dealer computer and we got charged for 1 hour shop rate of $150. Absolutely the worst experience with a dealership we have ever had. More

The service department tells her she has to bring it in for a service tech to evaluate that will cost a minimum of a half hour shop rate. We know the problem is the power lock actuator because we already had the one on the other sliding door changed for the same reason (it is also a well documented issue on all caravan forums and there is a group in the U.S. currently trying to get a recall for this issue) but Lakehead Motors insists that the customer pay for the evaluation time because it is their "POLICY".
