The Subaru Outback I bought has turned out to be a fast and tight road car that is fun to drive, and capable of light off smooth, painless, and fun. I am a recent university graduate and so I didn't have a lot of experience purchasing a vehicle, but Jon was very accommodating to my specific wishes and found me a new Subaru Forester that I absolutely adore. He was a pleasure to work with as he was always friendly, funny, and professional at the same time. He spent a long time going through every detail of my car and was always ready for any questions or concerns I had. I know I will keep in touch with him if I ever have any future issues. The staff didn't force me to opt into anything I didn't feel was necessary and I completely trusted them. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything or spend anything additional to what was negotiated. I also felt very safe and respected by the staff. Jared was a very personable and knowledgeable representative. He basically "dumbed down" the financial information for me during our meeting so that I knew exactly what I was agreeing to in the contract. And I even got to meet Romano, who was adamant that I come back or call him whenever I need help. I don't think most service employees would want to be called all the time for menial inquires, but I really felt like Romano had my best interests at heart.
