I bought the only used Outback they had on the lot, the price was adjusted some for me, and I feel as though I got a great deal. The handled the problems with grace, I felt like a princess. Jon and Romano are top notch. My favorite thing, however, was that Jon took plenty of time helping me understand and get to know my new car. I was impressed with his ability to explain to me in terms I can understand the reason for the design of the engine, and it instilled a respect for the craftsmanship of this vehicle. My only complaint is that Romano wouldn't let me use his Jaguar as a loaner. Oh, well. Can't have EVERYTHING. More
I mainly dealt with Jon Ford from the Subaru dealership when purchasing my Outback. Jon was always polite, professional, attentive and very knowledgable about the vehicle. He has since followed up, with phone call and email, to make sure that I am satisfied with all aspects of this car. The recommendation of the rubber backing on the seats and back fender turned out to be an excellent choice, as I constantly use my trunk with the back seats down. The one thing friends consistently told me when I was thinking of buying Subaru, is that they are reliable and safe vehicles. The only problem I had, was deciding whether I wanted a Forrester or Outback. I was given ample time to make my mind up. I took many a test-drive. I look forward to the day I drive to the mountains with my kayak on top, or pull a trailer behind. Thank you Jon, great job! I will certainly recommend you and Subaru! More
This is my 2nd Subie, a 2013 Outback which I gave up my 2012 Impreza for. It's the simple things that make a difference. I called for an appointment, they were ready to give me a ride to work and come pick me up once the 10,000 maintenance was done. They knew I was pressed for time and had the invoice ready, the car was out front for me and work was done as requested. When I realized the Impreza was not the right vehicle for me, Joe went out of his way to get me into an Outback under very favourable terms. I now have the ground clearance for my trips into the mountains and am very pleased with my purchase. I am totally sold on the all wheel drive of Subaru, and cannot imagine going back to any other type of vehicle. More

The first time that I walked onto the Subaru Lethbridge dealership, Jon was out to greet me within 5 minutes. He was very friendly, pleasant, and was not pushy whatsoever. It was a two month process for us to buy our Subaru and Jon maintained professional contact during the entire time. We could not be happier with our Forester, but more importantly we could not be happier with the level of service we received from Jon. He even came in on his days off for us to bring various friends and family to test drive. We went to every car dealership in Lethbridge before deciding on the Forester and honestly the service we received from Jon far surpassed any other car salesman that we encountered. Every car I've owned before my Subaru of Lethbridge experience was a Toyota, but after the wonderful job that Jon and the Subaru of Lethbridge crew have done, every car I purchase going forward will most likely be a Subaru. very positive buying experience of brand new vehicle after my old 2005 SF died last thur south of Pincher Creek. From the very first, Romano was very supportive and explained all what went wrong includ after my old 2005 SF died last thur south of Pincher Creek. From the very first, Romano was very supportive and explained all what went wrong including showing the parts, how they worked , cost to repair if possible etc. He got me a curtisy car till new one ready. Once I realized old vehicle too costly to repair, family and I decided brand new was way to go. Luke and Jon worked well as team in getting me information on styles/prices I was interested in purchasing and what they would be able to give me for trade in---- very good price I thought. Jon took me test driving explaining new features and differences between this new generation and old one. Jon found color of choice from another dealership and had it here next day. Day following I was driving away with my new wheels. Jon was very professional thru whole process, explaining all the features,how they worked, not pushy, answered questions, helped me transfer items from old subie into new one and reassured me to call anytime if I had questions and that he would be calling with in next few days to see how I was making out. Jared was very professional and helpful with all the paper work and not pushy with extra packages. Jon and him worked as a team as well. Mechanics were great as well, allowing me to get belongs from old car, helping in taking out extra tires etc. they too have always doen great work on my old subie over last 7 years.
