When it was time to retire the WRX from work duty, I knew exactly where to go. I had previous experience with Joe before on a new STI, that didnt work out at that time. Joe had me take a forester out and could see that it was a close match to what I wanted, but wasnt the car I was looking for. I then drove a 2013 Legacy and loved it. Joe let me have the car overnight to show the family and make sure it fit in the garage! I got nothing but positive comments from my family and couldnt be happier with my decision. Joe made the process of purchasing a new car like I was talking to a friend. Jared was hassle-free on the financing and helped me get the vehicle ready to take off the lot with registration. I will recommend to everyone I know to go to Subaru of Lethbridge to deal with. This is my first brand new vehicle and know its not my last from these guys! Joe was fantastic at showing me all the new features of the subaru, so no hunting through the owners manual to figure stuff out. Jon Ford was wonderful, he was there to greet my Dad and I almost as soon as we were on the lot, was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at which I had seen on their website, even though it was a used trade-in and not a Subaru, and was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and he listened to our questions and concerns and went out of his way to find answers for us. Jon is an anomaly. Generally, we loathe buying a vehicle because of the salesmen (tend to be kind of slimy), but Jon is a total exception. He is a class act: intelligent, genuine, likeable. Jon was very knowledgable about Subarus. When we picked up our 2014 Forester, he thoroughly went over the operational details and introduced us to Romano (service manager). I hope when the dealership relocates, that they will continue to foster the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised that 4 or 5 staff weren't hanging around the entrance smoking (as was the case at several dealerships). We absolutely LOVE our new wheels!!!! More
