I enjoyed my buying experience. I'm often leery about car salespersons, but Jon totally does not fit the stereotype. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He spent over an hour with us after we purchased our Subaru to explain all the features and even paired our cell phone so we didn't have to figure that out. We purchased winter tires from a different company but that didn't stop Jon from serving us. He actually picked the tires up and had the service department at Subaru Lethbridge put them on. So, when I drove away I did not have to do anything except enjoy my new vehicle. We've had a bunch of snow but now I don't feel intimidated. Bring it on! More

I'd been looking for a BRZ for a while now, and had tried to contact a few different dealerships to see what their inventory was like. Unlike the dealers I had contacted in Calgary, Joe did not call me every day asking if I wanted the car, and when I had questions, he provided helpful answers in a timely manner. After I had decided to buy the car, I told Joe that I might have issues securing a ride down to Lethbridge for the pick up. Joe immediately offered to arrange for their driver Ron to come pick me up early in the morning on a Saturday. When I finally made it to the dealership to pick up the car, all of the work required to complete the purchase and delivery was completed in a very smooth manner, and the vehicle had been prepared in the manner which we had discussed.
