I also had heard very good things about this dealership since changing hands some two or three years ago. I was driving number seven, yes seven Subaru's for myself and family members. Considering a Outback VDC saved my life, during a snowstorm on the Coquihalla its not hard to figure out why I am a Subaru Fan. I soon met Jon and my journey with this dealership began. As other reviews have alluded to, no pressure, just a sincere desire to accommodate and please. The most passionate auto salesperson i have every dealt with. Without a doubt the most pleasing experience ever buying a vehicle. The accessories were professional added and a week later i picked up number eight. I carefully researched my purchase and compared it to a number of other brands, and the customer service I received at Subaru of Lethbridge really sealed the deal. Jon Ford went beyond my expectations in assisting me with the purchase and helping me get my previous vehicle to my parents. Throughout the process, my repeat visits and test drives were encouraged to ensure I was purchasing the right vehicle. All aspects of the vehicle were well-communicated during delivery. Jared handled the financial aspects of the purchase effectively and everything was well-explained. Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I have not yet had to bring the car in for maintenance (only 350 km so far!) but I expect this will be a relationship that will last many years. More

We knew that we needed to replace our 2001 Outback. Our 2001 Outback had served us well and our experience with the dealership over the years had been good. We had heard good things about the newer Subaru models and although they were not the only brands we looked at we were really impressed with the current models. We found the people at the dealership were well informed about their products and took the time to explain the features. I know we were a little overwhelmed by the difference between 2001 and 2014. We were introduced to the front line people that we would be dealing with in the future. Jon Ford, our sales consultant, realized that it was impossible to remember everything there is to know and do with the new models and promised he would be available to help us out in the future as we grow our understanding of the Outback we bought. He took the time required to get through that first lesson about the car so that we could drive away with a pretty good understanding of what we were driving home. The team at the dealership seems very passionate about what they do there. Although the Subaru line appears a bit pricey we feel we were treated fairly and will recommend the dealership and the people to others in the future. There were no surprizes when we settled the financial part of the transaction. There was no pressure to buy warranties or other services but what was available was made available and left with us to decide. More

After a disappointing experience at a Subaru dealership in Calgary, we decided to try the highly rated Lethbridge dealership, and are now glad we did. After making an appointment by email, Joe and Jared welcomed us to the dealership and took care that our Subaru experience was a perfect one. Joe made sure that the test drive of the Forester we wanted was comprehensive and informative and gave us important pointers on the features of the vehicle. His calm and friendly personality is a welcome trait compared to other pushy and aggressive sales people I met in the past. We discussed the trim we wanted and because they didn't have that specific combination on their lot, Luke contacted other dealerships and secured our perfect Forester from another dealer. They had the car brought to Lethbridge at no additional cost to us, and installed the agreed upgrades and accessories without flaw. On our possession day Jared had all the financial paperwork ready and all went smooth and professional. Then Joe spent time with us showing us the features and operation of our new vehicle and even helped us pair the cell phone with the Blue Tooth device. Well we knew we wanted another Subaru so when we pasted the dealership on our way to an appointment we stopped. Friendly and approachable. no heavy sales or pressure pitches. So within two days we drove away with our new Crosstrek. To make this experience more memorable the Olympic Women's gold medal game was on... So in true Canadian fashion we all took a few minutes to celebrate in there win. It was nice to be able to be able to have some real people around and not always have the "business" dictate the experience.
